Mr. Vora is a real estate professional with over 10 years in real estate development, hospitality, and construction. He has participated in more than two dozen residential, multi-family and commercial real estate projects as a partner tasked with managing debt/equity relationships for projects, as well as being responsible for acquisitions, contracts, and sales. Mr. Vora graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in electrical engineering. He is actively involved in non-profit and social impact organizations in the Washington metro area.

Mr. Tessema is an investment and real estate development professional based in Washington DC. He develops residential and commercial properties. His expertise is in acquisitions and the financing and developing of multi-family properties. His portfolio also includes student-geared, transitional and low-income units. Tessema is an executive at several local real estate businesses, focused on redeveloping neglected and underutilized buildings throughout the District. Mr. Tessema is actively involved in non-profit and social impact organizations in his community. Prior to starting his work in real estate, Mr. Tessema worked for two of the largest investment banks in New York City handling high net worth and institutional client’s trades. He is a graduate of Radford University where he received his BA in Finance and Management.
